The Spa Rooms is committed to providing a relaxing environment. The following policies and guidelines are intended to enhance everyone's experience with us.

Sexual Harassment Policy:

Unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favours, touching of our therapists and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature constitute sexual harassment and will not be tolerated. In the event of such behaviour the treatment will be immediately concluded and you will be asked to leave the spa by the safety officer/ manager on duty.

Sexual harassment is unlawful under the Sex Discrimination Act. Management reserves the right to report indecent acts to the Commissioner or the Police.

Clients and our staff should all feel safe at all times. If a client or staff member breaks the zero-tolerance rule, they will be reported to the police and banned from the spa for life. (Inappropriate behaviour, talk, or touch are not allowed.)

Clients are fully covered during treatments. Underwear must be kept on at all times- with the exception of a bra to allow access to the back for massage/ body treatments or the décolleté` for a facial.

Reservation and cancellation policy:

Reservations may be made up to 6 months in advance.

Clients are sent a confirmation email of the appointment at the time of booking, a reminder 2 days before and are called by us the day before to confirm the booking. Any treatment bookings cancelled within a 24-hour period will be charged 50% of the treatment fee- regardless of whether the treatment is a gift or paid on the day. This 50% fee will then be accredited to the clients account to use toward another treatment upon rebooking the cancelled treatment. We are firm on this policy. Not turning up for a scheduled appointment will result in a full 100% payment fee- which will be also accredited.

Any clients that are rescheduled or cancelled by the spa due to therapist sickness or spa emergency will not be charged any fee.

Online Booking Services:

Due to the very busy nature of the Day Spa, we are constantly shuffling treatments to squeeze people in and accommodate as many clients as possible. For this reason, it is very hard to manage an online booking system and The Spa Rooms management have made the decision to manage bookings through the spa via telephone or email only.

Please call 02 94560801 or email info@thesparooms.com.au to make a booking.

Tardiness Policy:

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service. Clients who arrive late will be charged in full for their scheduled session, but may receive an abbreviated session. (Example: if you scheduled an hour session and arrive 15 minutes late, you will be charged for that hour session but will only receive 45 minutes of treatment for that session.

Prices Policy:

We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest spa experiences. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.

Special Conditions policy:

Please notify one of our spa specialists before reserving your treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, or are pregnant. If you feel you have a medical condition or are currently under medical supervision, it is recommended that you consult your physician before visiting the spa.

Age Policy:

You must be 18 or older to make a reservation at The Spa Rooms. People under the age of 18 need parental or a guardian’s consent before they can be treated.

Other Tips for your visit:

Please respect the right to a quiet atmosphere for all guests. We ask that you refrain from talking loudly and that you turn off all mobile phones while in the premises.

Remember to rest, cool down and drink plenty of water before and after a massage session.

Smoking is prohibited in and around the Spa.
