Meditation and Foot Ritual: Our signature welcome ritual, we start all our treatments with a few minutes of deep breathing and guided relaxation meditation to assist in bringing you, the client, to help still the busy mind and propel you into a state of deep relaxation. BEFORE you get on the bed. This ensures you maximise your treatment time in a state of true rest and bliss.As we meditate we wash your feet - partly for hygiene reasons and partly for the soul/sole benefits of having your feet washed :-) If you DO NOT LIKE having your feet touched at all, please let the therapist know before the treatment starts.

We use our specialised Spa Rooms signature rose quartz GUA SHA crystal massage -incredible for lymphatic drainage, firming and lifting, reducing redness and inflammation, stimulates cell renewal and blood circulation and is deeply relaxing.

Next, a facial mask is applied, targeting specific concerns such as hydration, brightening, firming, or calming the skin. The mask is left on for a specific duration to allow the skin to absorb its beneficial ingredients. Finally, the therapist applies a suitable moisturiser and sunscreen to protect and hydrate the skin.

Massage - our luxurious facials include foot leg and/or hand and arm massage to truly relax the client. at the beginning of our facials you will be asked to undress down to the underwear (you will be fully covered with towels and blankets the entire time, unless we are exposing a limb to massage) if you do NOT want any body massage component to your facial please request a tailored treatment at the time of BOOKING before you arrive for your treatment.

Scalp Treatment - We use a hydrating and nourishing Quandong and Bergamot iKOU scalp mask in our facial treatments. This is a leave in product that we massage into the scalp and hair with our signatuire head massage. your head is then wrapped in a hot towel for the remainder of the facial. Please advise if you do NOT want the product in your hair and we can do a dry scalp massage instead. You are welcome to have a shower at the conclusion of your treatment.
